Journaling in SimpleNote
As apart of tracking my new years resolutions I decided I wanted to keep a daily journal of what I was doing each day to achieve my goals. Holding myself accountable is very important to me and I believe this will be a good way to do it. I also never realized how great it would be to keep track of moments of happiness and frustration. I looked at a few applications that are specifically for...

mckaythomas: MG Siegler in his latest TechCrunch article posits that although Apple’s new iBooks strategy is admirable in its effort to fix problems in public high schools, that it’s not realistic and that their market strategy should revolve around colleges and college textbooks. On the surface, which seems logical enough, his argument is sound. But It ignores the one, HUGE driving force in...

Orange said it plans to roll out the free service over the course of 2012 to customers in 20 countries, with access in the first countries launching early this year. The service will be available on any phone with an Orange SIM card and the ability to view the mobile Web, with no data plan required. This is amazing! I love all of the distraction free browser readers that Dave discusses in this article. I have used Instapaper forever on my iPad, and Readable in my browser. Now I will be upgrading to Clearly. In my opinion the Safari reader on the Mac is a waste, cause Readable and Clearly are so much better. But Safari reader on the iPhone and iPad are is amazing.

Call a meeting of all top executives.  Pull my iPhone 4S out and rest it gently on the table in front of me.  Wait for dramatic effect.  Fire anyone not patient enough to wait for me to speak first.  Tell everyone left in the room that they have 3 months to bring me a working prototype that makes me want to use it over my iPhone. (While gesturing towards my iPhone already placed on the...
