I was going to post this as weekender post, it’s really just a fun story and video. I couldn’t wait till Sunday, because of the memories the video conjured up for me. When I was a kid I used to pretend I owned a “store” in my parents living room. Mostly I “sold” my old toys and individual months off an old desk calendar. My only customer was my grandfather who came over to buy one of those old calendar pagers. That sale was the best one I ever made. I can’t even imagine the feeling I would of have had if dozens of people showed up to shop. This kid must have had the most amazing day.
Kids are so creative and have great imaginations, I wish that as we all got older we didn’t lose that spirit.
